Cuts and prepares wire and cable orders using wire-reeling machinery and material-handling equipment. Retrieves, examines, measures, cuts, stages, and stores wire accurately while meeting safety, productivity, and shipment standards. Performs equipment checks, operates warehouse machinery, reports damage, handles defective material, and may support other warehouse functions. The role requires physical warehouse work, basic computer and math skills, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime.

Responsible for growing profitable sales by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, promoting electrical products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Provides product recommendations, quotations, and ongoing purchasing support; coordinates with suppliers and internal teams; resolves payment issues; monitors market and competitor information; maintains sales records; and travels frequently to customer locations. Requires knowledge of electrical products, applications, digital tools, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.

Manages electrical distribution projects from quotation through delivery and billing. Responsibilities include placing orders, tracking shipments, expediting backorders, resolving customer issues, coordinating with vendors and sales teams, reviewing purchase orders, preparing quotations, managing documentation, and protecting project profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
