Entry-level Project Coordinator supporting Project House and Outside Sales teams. Trains on quoting, project management, RFQs, purchase orders, invoice entry, submittal/package preparation, vendor/customer correspondence, and job management. Assists Project Managers with expediting, returns, freight claims, and administrative tasks while maintaining organized project documentation and meeting deadlines.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain customer relationships, generate sales, provide product selection/application support, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, use digital tools and CRM/ERP for quoting and recordkeeping, and participate in training and professional development.
