Drives profitable sales through telephone and email outreach, customer relationship management, quoting, order processing, prospecting, and product recommendations. Supports outside sales personnel, resolves customer issues, follows proposals through completion, and reports market and competitor information. The role requires learning electrical products and applications, using digital sales tools, attending training, and managing multiple customer needs and deadlines.

Conduct inside telephone and email sales for data communication and electrical products. Process quotes, orders, proposals, and customer inquiries; recommend products and substitutions; prospect for new accounts; manage customer relationships; support outside sales; resolve issues; monitor open orders and delivery risks; research market and competitor information; and maintain product knowledge through training and vendor resources.

Operate wire reeling/coiling and material-handling equipment to accurately cut, stage, and prepare wire/cable orders. Follow safety procedures, perform machine checks, inspect product quality, and maintain productivity and accuracy. May cross-train to support other warehouse duties and handle shipping/stacking tasks.
