Cuts and prepares wire and cable orders accurately using wire-cutting machinery and material handling equipment. Retrieves, examines, stages, stores, and ships wire while meeting safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. Performs machine checks, adjusts cutting and stripping controls, identifies defective material, maintains organized warehouse areas, and reports equipment damage. May support other warehouse functions and work overtime as needed.

Responsible for growing profitable sales by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, promoting electrical products, and building strong customer relationships. Provides product recommendations, quotations, and tailored solutions; coordinates with suppliers and internal teams; resolves payment issues; tracks market and competitor information; maintains sales records; and travels extensively to customer locations. Requires sales or electrical industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, product knowledge, and proficiency with office, ERP, and CRM tools.

Manages electrical distribution projects from order placement through delivery and billing. Responsibilities include coordinating customers, sales teams, and vendors; tracking shipments and backorders; resolving order issues; reviewing purchase orders; preparing quotations; improving project margins; managing schedules and product quality; and coordinating required documentation such as manuals, test reports, submittals, and compliance certificates.
