Consult with families about college-readiness tutoring programs, follow up with leads, meet monthly sales quotas, and drive new bookings, repurchases, referrals, and customer retention. The role combines high-volume phone and SMS outreach with customer service, program management, and collaboration with tutors. The advisor will also support school and community business-development events and occasionally travel for lead-generation activities.
