Manage day-to-day Legal Department operations, implement processes and workflows, drive process improvements and metrics, coordinate onboarding/training, manage vendor and financial support, maintain knowledge repositories and collaboration sites, support legal technology adoption, and coordinate meetings, logistics, and departmental projects to enable efficient legal services delivery.

The Senior Director will establish and lead the Real-World Data & Analytics group, oversee RWD strategy, engage in complex analytics projects, and build a high-performing team in the oncology domain.

Lead and build a global internal audit function for a growing pharmaceutical company: establish charter and risk-based audit plan, assess and strengthen internal controls and SOX/ICFR frameworks, collaborate with legal/compliance/finance/HR/quality, leverage automation and data analytics, present findings to the Audit Committee, and manage investigations and special assignments.
