Leads the enterprise strategy, operating model, technical standards, and delivery of real-world analytics and programming across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle. Oversees RWD assessment, RWE study design, statistical analysis, programming, reporting, regulatory support, advanced analytics, data pipelines, governance, resourcing, and team development. Partners with clinical, safety, regulatory, medical affairs, HEOR, market access, commercial, IT, and statistical functions to generate rigorous evidence for oncology development and commercialization decisions.

Leads cross-functional commercial project management within an assigned oncology disease area. Responsibilities include commercialization planning, launch readiness, governance, milestone and risk management, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, project reporting, and development of commercial project-management capabilities across global and regional teams.

Leads statistical programming for oncology real-world evidence studies from protocol and SAP review through final deliverables. Develops, validates, and maintains SAS, SQL, R, and Python solutions for cohort construction, endpoint derivation, analysis datasets, TLFs, survival analyses, propensity score methods, and sensitivity analyses. Partners with HEOR, RWE, data science, and biostatistics teams while assessing healthcare data quality, documenting reproducible workflows, managing multiple studies, and guiding junior programmers.
