Process Colorado Medicaid applications (Long Term Care, MAGI, Non-MAGI) using CBMS and company systems; manage caseloads, document cases, attend compliance/state trainings, follow HIPAA, meet accuracy and performance targets, travel to trainings/facilities, and provide customer service to secure medical coverage for uninsured and underinsured clients.

Perform retrospective outpatient hospital coding and billing reviews, respond to coding/billing inquiries, provide correction recommendations with supporting rationale, research payer and coding guideline changes, understand payment methodologies, ensure compliance with laws and policies, build relationships with internal teams, and support other business needs in a remote environment.

Provide account support by updating patient accounts using client systems, coordinating with contact specialists, monitoring requests, assisting IT with access issues, and completing special projects to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts.
