The Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer will design and maintain AWS environments, implement DevOps practices, and contribute to cloud migration strategies, while collaborating with the AWS Architect.

Supervises the Workers' Compensation team, assists with process improvements, employee training and development, and resolves departmental issues.

Lead Revecore's strategic client portfolio, manage executive relationships, drive recovery plans for at-risk engagements, coordinate with Operations and leadership, mentor client success teams, track client health in CSP/Salesforce, and identify expansion opportunities to support long-term retention.
