Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare professional promotional programs: plan and track campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and improve operational processes to scale HCP loyalty and promotions.

Lead and operate Revance's global healthcare compliance program for pharmaceuticals, devices, and aesthetics. Advise on FDA advertising/promotion, anti‑kickback, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, FCPA and related laws; build policies, training, monitoring, investigations, third‑party diligence, and reporting; partner with business and legal leaders; manage a small compliance team and serve on promotional, pricing, and compliance committees.

Lead and grow Revance's digital engineering capability across Salesforce and modern headless web stacks. Hands-on manager who debugs production issues, enforces code quality and standards, manages vendor partnerships, hires and develops engineers, drives technical debt remediation, and owns platform reliability and cross-pod engineering consistency.
