Teams at Restate

Build and evolve Restate’s durable execution runtime, focusing on distributed systems, state management, storage, messaging, concurrency, fault tolerance, performance, and reliability. Design, test, operate, and improve production-scale backend infrastructure; diagnose complex systems issues; develop integrations and tooling; collaborate with production users; and contribute to architecture, observability, documentation, and engineering practices.

Own product marketing for a technical AI-infrastructure startup: positioning, messaging, launches, packaging, customer stories, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, and market feedback to shape product roadmap and adoption among AI-native teams and enterprises.

Lead PoV/PoC enablement through production readiness and deployment for Restate. Work hands-on with customers and OSS evaluators to build integrations, reference implementations, and operational patterns (Kubernetes, cloud, observability). Drive rollout planning, participate in escalation/on-call rotations, and produce tutorials, demos, and enablement assets while feeding product friction back to engineering.
