Teams at Residences at Vantage Point

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads for health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and supplies, follows therapeutic diet orders, and provides courteous service. Requires standing and walking throughout the day, lifting up to 20 pounds, and pushing or pulling carts up to 50 pounds.

Manages daily dining room operations, serving staff, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, stocking, and customer experience. Provides hands-on service by taking orders, answering menu questions, clearing tables, and assisting with dishwashing. Ensures staffing and operational standards align with company requirements and budget.
