Manages the full human resources function for assigned divisions, advising employees and managers on performance, policies, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, staffing, and training. Maintains employee records, conducts investigations and audits, supports succession planning and talent management, and partners with local and corporate leadership on employment decisions. May supervise HR or administrative staff. Requires travel by air, car, or other transportation up to 60% of the time.

Supervises hauling and collection operations, including drivers, helpers, routes, customer service, safety, fleet readiness, productivity, and budget performance. Leads accident prevention and regulatory compliance programs, resolves service issues, improves route efficiency, manages labor and disposal expenses, and develops employees through coaching and engagement. Partners with sales, maintenance, and management to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.

Identifies and converts commercial, industrial, municipal, and recycling prospects within an assigned territory. Sells waste management and recycling services, develops customer relationships, retains existing accounts, conducts presentations and cold calls, manages sales activity in Salesforce, negotiates renewals, and achieves revenue targets. Requires relevant sales experience, direct customer-facing selling experience, waste or service industry experience, and a valid driver’s license.
