Sell Republic Services' waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory by prospecting leads, closing new and profitable commercial and industrial accounts, retaining existing customers, performing contract renewals, using Salesforce for activity tracking, and representing the company at community and industry events to meet revenue targets.

Supervise hauling collections (commercial, residential, roll-off, container pick-up) across a dispersed area; oversee drivers and helpers; enforce safety and compliance; improve route efficiency and productivity; manage labor and expenses; resolve customer issues; build and develop teams to meet operational and budget goals.

Make outbound cold calls to generate and close sales leads, manage and track prospects and opportunities in Salesforce, coordinate with Account Executives, attend sales meetings and training, and share best practices with the AAE team to meet team and company goals.
