Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and People Operations to deploy data-driven HR programs, build leadership bench strength, forecast labor needs, and align performance and rewards to business outcomes.

As a DevOps Engineer II, you will build and scale a SaaS platform, manage infrastructure-as-code, develop data pipelines, and enhance team productivity while collaborating across teams.

Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 5+, collaborate with React frontend teams, write unit and integration tests, query SQL Server/PostgreSQL databases, participate in code reviews and agile processes, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
