As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will develop tools, APIs, and integrations, ensuring production systems are secure and scalable using Elixir, with responsibilities including mentoring and project leadership.

Own complex, high-value deals end-to-end, build and govern CPQ quotes, manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue, provide commercial guidance on discounts and approvals, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, enable sales reps, and improve Deal Desk SOPs and month/quarter-end processes.

The Sales Development Representative sources new sales prospects, books appointments for Account Executives, communicates value propositions, and provides support to sales teams. They will also create target prospect lists and perform cold calls to penetrate key accounts.
