The Account Consultant II manages daily client services for large accounts, collaborating with Client Managers on client strategies, project management, and issue resolution while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves adjudicating LTD claims, conducting investigations, calculating benefits, and managing claims while providing customer service in a high-pressure environment.

Manage end-to-end new client implementations for employee benefits (Life, Disability, Absence, Voluntary). Lead client calls, coordinate internal teams (IT, service, marketing), oversee data transfer and enrollment logistics, deliver administrative kits, resolve issues, and provide training and ongoing client support.
