Provide day-to-day legal leadership for the Automation & Motion Control segment, advising on commercial contracting, government and defense contracting (FAR/DFARS), risk management, disputes, regulatory and trade compliance, and process improvements. Lead negotiations, contract lifecycle management, enforcement, and cross-functional training while partnering with outside counsel and business teams to enable growth and protect the business.

The Strategic Account Executive drives profitable revenue growth by managing global OEM and end-user accounts, developing account plans, and leading pricing strategy while maintaining customer satisfaction and market insights.

Lead operations finance for the PES segment as a strategic business partner to operations leadership. Build standardized, automated finance processes, drive costing, intercompany pricing, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and value realization. Ensure SOX/US GAAP compliance, conduct control audits, quantify operational risks, and support global consistency across plants. Coach finance talent, champion LEAN and AI-enabled productivity, and evaluate major decisions like footprint, make-versus-buy, and sourcing. Role requires frequent regional travel and bilingual (English/Spanish) collaboration.
