Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions using Redfin-generated and agent-generated leads. Manage pipeline with RedfinRM, coordinate showings and transactions with support teams, negotiate offers, close deals, and maintain client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Comply with licensing, insurance, and local market requirements.
