Lead and mentor a team of architects and principal consultants to scope, design, and deliver Red Hat services and enterprise container solutions. Drive delivery standards, collaborate with PMO/RMO and sales, engage C-level stakeholders, develop repeatable frameworks, and promote technical excellence across customer engagements.

Serve as the technical leader for assigned accounts across pre- and post-sales: advise sales, design and demonstrate solutions using Red Hat technologies, create and execute customer success plans, influence account strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide ongoing technical guidance, and drive customer adoption and expansion.

Own and execute enterprise sales strategy for assigned commercial accounts in Denver metro. Manage complex sales cycles, lead cross-functional teams, evangelize Red Hat solutions, build C-suite and technical relationships, leverage partners, and consistently achieve quota.
