Prepares close, reporting, and tax support schedules; researches discrepancies; maintains accounting documentation; and supports aerospace and real estate accounting workflows across multiple entities.

Own administrative execution across Operations, including inbox management, onboarding and offboarding support, vendor coordination, records, office tasks, SOPs, trackers, and follow-up. The role supports multiple business functions, prioritizes recurring and special assignments, documents processes, escalates issues, and provides dependable administrative support in a primarily onsite, fast-growing environment.

Lead development and operations of spacecraft navigation across all mission phases. Design and validate advanced Kalman filters and estimation approaches, own navigation products for reviews, support flight operations and anomaly response, mentor junior engineers, improve procedures and tools, and contribute navigation expertise to proposals and new concept development.
