The Sales Trainee role prepares individuals for the Account Sales Manager position by supporting sales initiatives and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include executing daily sales plans, covering routes, and participating in training with management.

Perform outside route sales to grow product distribution and in-store displays at off-premise accounts. Manage customer relationships, upsell inventory, coolers and displays, meet monthly sales and merchandising goals, ensure equipment cleanliness, monitor competitors, and follow Red Bull execution and brand standards.

The Sales Trainee supports sales initiatives, maintains customer relationships, and prepares for Account Sales Manager roles through training and performance standards.
