Supervises a community corrections caseload, monitors client compliance with court and program requirements, conducts assessments and screenings, maintains case records, tracks treatment progress, collects payments, reports infractions, coordinates with courts and agencies, and may testify in court.

Administers drug testing and electronic monitoring services, including device installation, maintenance, alerts, account management, payments, scheduling, customer communication, and agency reporting. Meets with clients, maintains monitoring equipment and records, follows urine sample collection and chain-of-custody procedures, and coordinates billing and maintenance activities. The role requires customer service skills, organization, multitasking, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, physical mobility, and occasional travel.
