Build Reco’s revenue enablement function from the ground up across AEs, SEs, BDRs, and CSMs. Own technical, sales, commercial, onboarding, customer success, competitive, and manager enablement. Develop playbooks, certifications, content systems, POV processes, MEDDPICC discipline, pricing and negotiation support, coaching programs, and AI-enabled enablement operations. Partner across Product, Research, Finance, RevOps, and the CTO organization to improve deal progression, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, drive business growth, and collaborate across teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining customer relationships.
