Leads the Industrial and Specialty Products value stream across production, maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering, and supply chain. Owns operational performance, profitability, budget, production scheduling, safety, compliance, and customer delivery. Directs cross-functional teams while improving high-mix, low-volume manufacturing through Lean methods, waste reduction, process optimization, automation, root-cause problem solving, and machining technology advancement.

Lead accounting operations and financial planning for a manufacturing site. Manage monthly close, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and Staff Accountant. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to drive cost modeling, pricing analysis, internal controls, and continuous improvement to support growth.

Design and modify machinery components, program control systems, rapidly prototype new machines, and collaborate on R&D projects to create and commission automation solutions.
