The Experienced Design Engineer will design aerospace structures, lead teams, and manage all program cycles using various CAD programs.

As a Senior Stress Analysis Engineer, you will lead engineering teams in designing and analyzing aerospace structures, utilizing various analysis software and models, while ensuring effective communication across departments and delivering results to customers.

Develop and validate advanced thermoplastic composite molding processes, prototype tooling, molds, and equipment. Lead multiple R&D projects from concept through prototype validation, troubleshoot molding systems, test process parameters, coordinate with vendors, and document results. The role combines engineering design with hands-on lab and shop-floor work at the Denver facility, with occasional travel to other sites or suppliers.
