Contracts Counsel will review and negotiate vendor and partner agreements, draft independent contractor and real estate transaction documents, and provide legal and regulatory guidance for brokerage, mortgage, and title operations. The role supports audits, marketing compliance, risk mitigation, and technology implementations while partnering with legal, operations, and product teams. Responsibilities also include advising on regulatory matters and managing assigned projects.

Leads accounting and controllership for Real’s Wallet and Mortgage businesses, overseeing close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, treasury, and regulatory compliance. Partners with product and business leaders to evaluate accounting impacts of new initiatives, support forecasting and profitability analysis, and establish reporting structures. Manages accounting staff, drives process improvements and automation, and advises senior leadership on financial performance and strategic decisions.

Leads global franchise sales and development for REMAX, setting the strategic sales vision, driving revenue and market-share growth, and managing a consultative sales leadership team. Responsibilities include forecasting, quota attainment, performance coaching, budget management, resource allocation, cross-functional alignment, and developing future leaders. Requires extensive consultative sales management, VP-level leadership, real estate, and franchising experience. Frequent air travel is required, and candidates must be U.S.-based.
