Requires extensive consultative sales management, VP-level leadership, real estate, and franchising experience. Frequent air travel is required, and candidates must be U.S.-based.

Manages regulatory compliance monitoring and testing for a fintech financial services platform. Designs testing protocols, audits lending disclosures and credit notices, reviews marketing and complaint trends, monitors regulatory changes, conducts compliance audits, and recommends remediation. Partners with legal, compliance, business, and operational teams to identify risks and implement practical controls across U.S. lending products.

Senior Backend Engineer responsible for designing scalable Java Spring microservices, implementing features, resolving defects, and improving backend architecture. The role involves event-driven systems, relational and NoSQL databases, testing, code quality, mentoring engineers, technical leadership, and collaboration with product teams. Engineers will also validate AI-assisted code, promote AI development practices, and work with cloud-native tools across AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous delivery systems.
