RE-Trax creates transparency in commercial real estate by crowdsourcing from tenants what they are paying in rent and allowing users to search by radius what other tenants are paying in rent based on several categories. We've reached out to some of the nations leading retailers and they are providing us a list of their stores, rents, square footage leased and expiration dates through a secure portal. We're building a location enabled map that allow subscribed/authorized users to click on a point in the map (or enter an address) to get the results. For example, a user can click on 123 Main St. in Denver, CO and request to see what other retailers that have a National footprint, who lease less than 2000 square feet are paying within a .25 radius. We look at the project as the Zillow for Commercial Real Estate.
