Lead FP&A activities for the Naval Air Missiles portfolio, partnering with program and cross-functional leaders on forecasts, cash collection, balance sheets, investments, bookings, sales, earnings, and cost analysis. Manage monthly close and reporting, support long-range planning, identify risks and opportunities, resolve data inconsistencies, and provide strategic financial insights. The role also supports team development and process improvements.

Leads program cost controls for the Patriot Product Line by performing cost and schedule analysis, forecasting financial performance, conducting scenario simulations, partnering with program leadership, and supporting business cases for company funding and appropriation requests. The role requires financial tools and program-controls experience, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and familiarity with Raytheon systems.

Lead annual operating plans, estimates at completion, monthly variance reporting, forecasting, and overhead expense analysis across Raytheon functions. Partner with stakeholders to manage budgets, maintain financial controls, support pricing proposals and cost submissions, analyze trends, interpret budget policies, and prepare management reports. Assist with purchase orders, invoice approvals, and related financial administration while ensuring compliance with cost accounting requirements.
