Leads enterprise learning systems and enablement initiatives, including Workday Learning solutions, LMS/LXP administration, talent technology projects, learning analytics, performance metrics, and workforce development strategies. Partners with HR technology, talent, and business teams to improve learning ecosystems, reporting, learner experience, and organizational effectiveness. Presents recommendations to executive stakeholders, researches emerging technologies, prepares systems for AI, and manages projects across a global matrixed organization. Travel up to 30%.

Provides cost, schedule, and financial analysis for program execution. Responsibilities include monthly EAC and LRE development, variance reporting, labor cost analysis, financial reporting, proposal pricing, BOE and cost volume preparation, and use of Excel, SAP, APEX, or similar systems. The role collaborates with program teams to maintain financial commitments and deliverables while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

Performs program financial planning and cost controls for defense contracts. Responsibilities include developing quarterly estimates at completion, delivering monthly contract reports, analyzing program performance, forecasting bookings, sales, earnings, and cash, supporting annual operating plans, ensuring financial policy compliance, and partnering with program managers and control account managers. The role also drives finance process and tool improvements.
