Provide program cost, schedule, and financial control for the SM-3 IB production program. Develop EACs/LREs, report Earned Value metrics, perform funding analysis and variance reporting, prepare ad-hoc financial analyses, and partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to maintain baselines and resolve cost/schedule issues.

Provide legal counsel on federal government accounting and pricing compliance (CAS, FAR/DFARS, TINA), lead audits and responses, develop policies and controls, partner with Finance/Contracts, draft/negotiates pricing-related agreements, and train cross-functional teams on cost/pricing requirements.

Lead delivery of digital technology projects across classified and unclassified environments, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, EVMS/CAM, and stakeholder outcomes. Ensure compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG; use Planview, Jira, and Confluence for intake, tracking, and reporting; coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement from initiation through close.
