Own strategic OEM relationships through complex hardware product-development cycles from technical qualification to production. Coordinate engineering, product, operations, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams; lead design reviews, milestones, manufacturing readiness, and risk management. Translate partner priorities into internal actions, communicate technical tradeoffs, advocate for customer needs, and help establish processes for a new account-management function.

Own customer-facing computer vision deployments from proof of concept through production adoption and maintenance. Build data pipelines, edge-device systems, models, and infrastructure using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, NVIDIA Jetson, and MLOps. Troubleshoot physical-environment challenges such as lighting, calibration, model drift, networking, and hardware constraints. Work onsite with customers, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, document architectures, and relay field insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires 40%–50% travel.

Own an end-to-end B2B SaaS product area, from customer discovery and strategy through roadmap, delivery, launch, and iteration. Partner with mortgage lenders, engineers, designers, Sales, and Customer Success to identify problems, define specifications, influence architecture, integrate third-party APIs, prototype with AI tools, and use metrics to guide decisions. This is an individual-contributor role requiring technical fluency and zero-to-one product launch experience.
