Manage the finances of a fast-growing manufacturing business, including financial reporting, period-end close, cash management, wire transfers, vendor payments, budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking. Advise leadership on capital allocation, equipment and hiring investments, liquidity, production resourcing, job costs, and margins. Partner with production teams and oversee core accounting and treasury activities.

Independently manage commercial litigation matters from initiation through resolution, including contract, warranty, lien, bond, and business tort disputes. Responsibilities include developing strategy, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions, participating in mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trials, managing deadlines, advising clients, supervising junior personnel, and supporting business development.

Design, prototype, debug, validate, and productionize electronic hardware for unattended outdoor devices. Own circuit boards from schematics and PCB layout through manufacturing and field deployment. Use lab instruments and low-level C/C++ or Python code for board bring-up and automated testing. Improve reliability, manufacturability, and energy efficiency while collaborating with firmware, software, and operations teams. Travel approximately quarterly for installations and calibration.
