Senior Litigation Paralegal responsible for leading a legal support team and managing litigation caseloads from initiation through resolution. Duties include supervising staff, coordinating case progression, drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, managing filings and deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, organizing evidence, supporting trial preparation, and improving workflows. Requires 5+ years of related experience, strong litigation knowledge, legal writing skills, leadership ability, and proficiency with case management and legal research tools.

Provides end-to-end litigation support by managing case dockets, deadlines, pleadings, discovery, court filings, hearings, depositions, legal research, and paperless case files. Communicates with attorneys, clients, witnesses, experts, adjusters, courts, and opposing counsel. Reviews and summarizes case materials, maintains litigation calendars, and uses case management and litigation support tools to support case strategy and trial readiness.
