Executes ASIC and SoC physical design from RTL or gate-level netlist through GDSII, including floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, timing closure, and physical signoff. Resolves timing, power, area, congestion, and signal integrity issues using industry-standard EDA tools. Collaborates with cross-functional design teams, develops automation scripts and flows, and supports tapeout-ready implementation and methodology improvements.

Design and develop analog and mixed-signal CMOS, BiCMOS, and HBT RF ASIC building blocks. Perform circuit, signal, and system-level simulations; characterize designs; develop characterization plans; analyze power, cost, and performance trade-offs; and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews. The role also involves critical analog/RF cell layout, PLL architecture and modeling, lab characterization, silicon-to-simulation correlation, and collaboration with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Acquire new B2B customers across the Southwest U.S. by prospecting, understanding calibration needs, developing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role manages the sales pipeline in CRM software, converts inbound leads, promotes multi-year service agreements, communicates Tektronix’s value proposition, and consistently achieves revenue, activity, and sales targets while collaborating with Key Account Managers.
