Lead and grow customer analytics practice in Communications, Media & Technology. Define strategy and thought leadership, communicate data-driven value, and lead delivery of large-scale, complex client engagements focused on CRM modeling, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Lead functional design and process activities for Oracle EBS Procurement; create functional requirements, develop and test detailed designs and prototypes, and plan/execute data conversion. Provide financial analysis and advising across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Projects processes.

Lead client-facing marketing analytics projects using quantitative methods (MMM, attribution, forecasting). Provide analyses, recommendations, presentations, and lead a team while supporting pricing, promotion, and customer-level analysis.
