Collaborates with clinical and technical stakeholders to address emergency department workflow needs, including triage, tracking boards, orders, disposition, throughput, and patient flow. Works independently in a remote, sustainment-focused contract engagement while managing competing priorities.

Supports a live Epic ClinDoc environment through daily ServiceNow ticket resolution, recurring upgrades, configuration troubleshooting, workflow optimization, documentation, and module enhancements. Collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders while independently managing priorities in a remote sustainment engagement. Requires active Epic ClinDoc certification and at least three years of hands-on experience.

Supports a live Epic Healthy Planet environment through daily ServiceNow ticket resolution, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, workflow optimization, and module enhancements. Collaborates with population health, clinical, and technical stakeholders on care management and registry workflows. Requires active Epic Healthy Planet certification and at least three years of hands-on experience in post-live optimization or sustainment settings.
