Responsibilities include Azure infrastructure and architecture, cloud operations, security, governance, troubleshooting, Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, modernization, incident response, and cost optimization. The consultant leads technical workshops, performs cloud assessments, advises stakeholders, and balances project delivery with support activities.

Support clients adopting Microsoft technologies through stakeholder assessments, change plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, champion networks, and reinforcement programs. Designs and delivers end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for clients. Responsibilities include Dataverse architecture, data and security models, environment strategies, plugins, integrations, workflows, customizations, Power Pages, technical workshops, risk mitigation, post-go-live support, sales scoping, and developer mentoring. The role also involves architecture leadership across multiple engagements and participation in Microsoft ecosystem events.

Lead new-net enterprise sales for Microsoft cloud and AI services. Hunt, create pipeline, engage C-suite, co-sell with Microsoft field teams, manage long complex deals and close multi-million-dollar transformational engagements in targeted industries.
