Supports the development and operation of Quindar’s Industrial Security Program for DoD and Intelligence Community customers. Responsibilities include managing personnel clearance lifecycles, classified onboarding, visitor control, classified meetings, DCSA audits, security policies, physical security, classified material handling, SCI nominations, DD-254 reviews, and secure facility implementation. The role partners with the FSO, government stakeholders, program teams, and vendors to establish compliant, scalable security processes.

Oversee people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, offboarding, and HR vendor management. Coordinate employment policies, audits, records, and regulatory requirements while supporting managers and employees. Lead recruiting workflows, candidate experience, company events, offsites, and culture programs. Build scalable processes and improve HR systems in a fast-moving, regulated startup environment.

Develop and integrate software command-and-control solutions for satellite vehicles within Quindar’s mission management platform. Decompose customer mission requirements, integrate satellites and flight software, troubleshoot low-level hardware and software interfaces, and support scalable product development. The role requires expertise in embedded systems, satellite communications protocols, encryption, cloud services, and software integration. It involves cross-functional customer collaboration and is hybrid in Arvada, Colorado.
