Picks up and delivers packages from various locations using a personal cargo van. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, daily equipment inspections, loading and unloading packages up to 70 pounds, locating addresses, completing delivery tasks through a smartphone application, maintaining customer communication, and following company policies, uniform requirements, and assigned or on-call schedules.

Pick up and deliver packages from various locations using a personal vehicle. Drivers must operate safely, follow delivery instructions through smartphone applications, load and unload packages, communicate professionally with customers and dispatchers, and complete assigned or on-call shifts. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a safe seven-year driving record, fluency in English, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, vehicle insurance, and successful completion of required screenings.

Coordinate 15–20 or more drivers and 50–100 expedited deliveries daily using mapping and dispatch applications. Assign work based on location, delivery deadlines, vehicle requirements, and workload; adjust routes when conditions change. Monitor DOT compliance, hours-of-service requirements, and electronic driver logs. Enter orders, provide delivery updates, resolve customer and driver issues, document incidents, and train new drivers.
