Designs and optimizes operational frameworks for Federal Assurance, building Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint, Power Platform) to improve workflows, reporting, compliance readiness, and cross-functional alignment. Owns planning and reporting infrastructure, analyzes gaps, implements process improvements, and produces executive-ready materials to support decision-making and audit readiness.

Manage planning and execution of large hyperscale data center projects across leasing, financing, design, construction, and operations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track schedules/budgets, monitor milestones and compliance, support due diligence for financing, and facilitate turnover to operations and security. Communicate status to leadership and customers to enable decision-making and successful project delivery.

The Director of Onsite Generation Projects will manage onsite generation projects from planning to execution, leading teams, ensuring budget adherence, and overseeing supplier performance.
