Teams at QTS Data Centers

Leads multiple cost control teams overseeing budgets, forecasts, contracts, change orders, vendor performance, financial reporting, risk mitigation, and loan draw documentation for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Partners with finance, accounting, project executives, contractors, and consultants to maintain financial discipline, improve cost management processes, and deliver accurate actionable insights. Provides team leadership, mentoring, training, and third-party oversight.

As the Principal DCIM Design Engineer, you will lead design standards for data center infrastructure, manage teams, develop control systems, and ensure scalable solutions are in place for QTS's global infrastructure.

Lead and manage electrical engineering for mission‑critical data center development across multiple projects and regions. Oversee design, standards, procurement, vendor coordination, risk resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Provide technical direction, mentor staff, support due diligence and master planning, present updates to executives, and drive scalable, compliant electrical solutions aligned with business objectives.
