The Senior Customer Support Engineer will provide technical support for customers, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with engineers, and improve support documentation and workflows.

Serve as the primary technical owner post-sale for strategic accounts, coordinating Solutions Architects, FDEs, and Support to drive deployment, adoption, and technical health of vector search, RAG, and agentic AI solutions. Manage projects and stakeholders, run architecture reviews, escalate critical issues, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
