Leads enterprise total rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits, retirement, well-being, governance, compliance, analytics, budgeting, vendors, and HR systems. Advises executives, oversees program design and administration, manages due diligence and acquisitions, optimizes UKG processes, and develops the Total Rewards team. Partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, Operations, HRIS, and external vendors to support workforce attraction, retention, engagement, cost efficiency, and organizational growth.

Provides executive leadership for clinical operations across behavioral healthcare programs. Develops clinical strategy, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, oversees clinical directors, monitors outcomes, leads performance improvement, supports payer and value-based initiatives, and implements evidence-based programs. The role also manages clinical leadership development, quality and safety standards, audits, credentialing, and cross-functional alignment with operational and financial goals.
