Defines technology requirements, improves member and broker experiences, manages analysts, mentors product teams, and represents the organization as an insurance product subject-matter expert.

Develop and execute territory business development plans for the Northwest, managing broker relationships, appointing and growing brokers, increasing production, rehabilitating or terminating underperformers, building COI partnerships, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve regional growth and profit targets. Frequent travel within the territory required.
