Partners with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to meet operational metrics and close loans efficiently. Manages performance, compensation actions, training, and employee development while ensuring adherence to mortgage products, guidelines, and applicable lending regulations.

Converts homebuyer leads into customers by selling and closing PulteGroup products, generating referrals, and building relationships with customers and realtors. Presents model and spec homes, explains financing and community details, prepares sales paperwork, coordinates appointments with internal departments, communicates construction updates, and supports buyers through closing.

Manage strategic business programs and projects, leading discovery efforts, developing business cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive solutions and implementation.
