Provides day-to-day HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, records, performance management, compliance, training coordination, and employee engagement. Maintains confidential personnel data, supports HRIS and recruiting systems, assists with audits and investigations, and serves employees and leaders across multiple locations. The role reports to the CHRO, has no direct supervisory responsibilities, and requires travel between PDI Main and Fort Carson as needed.
