Provides public-sector consulting focused on operational efficiency, program improvement, regulatory analysis, best practices, and client technical assistance. Manages projects, staff, timelines, budgets, client discussions, reports, proposals, and business-development opportunities. The role supervises business analysts, interprets complex federal and state requirements, prepares presentations and written materials, and supports implementation of proprietary software solutions. The position is remote with some travel.
