Develop and maintain relationships with clinical investigators and healthcare organizations to identify, onboard, and support qualified clinical research sites. Represent the company at meetings and events, evaluate site capabilities, collaborate with internal teams to support business development, and ensure ongoing site engagement and satisfaction.

Lead and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid ads, content and PR; create content; track and optimize campaign performance; manage vendors, budgets, website updates, and events; support sales initiatives and contribute to marketing strategy while mentoring junior team members.

Provide operational support for clinical study startup in the US: site activation, feasibility research, eTMF tracking, site agreements and budgets, IRB/IEC and IP-RED document collection, communication with sites/vendors, progress reporting, and preparation of study dossiers and audit documentation.
