Leads hospitality business development by sourcing, negotiating, and securing third-party hotel management agreements. Builds relationships with hotel owners, investors, private equity groups, brands, brokers, and related professionals. Prepares proposals, pro formas, ROI analyses, growth plans, and budgets while pursuing strategic markets and joint venture opportunities. Requires a proven multi-year track record obtaining HMAs, strong hospitality real estate and financial analysis expertise, and up to 50% travel.

Performs general hotel maintenance to ensure guest and staff safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, laundry, kitchen, pool, generator, and water treatment systems. Conducts fire and safety inspections, corrects deficiencies, responds to maintenance requests, and maintains compliance with building codes, OSHA, ADA, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Maintains hotel facilities and guest rooms in a clean, sanitary condition. Responsibilities include mopping, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, dusting, washing windows, removing trash, recycling, replacing light bulbs, and reporting damaged items. The role requires fast-paced physical work, lifting and pushing, attention to safety, dependability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions and read cleaning product labels.
