Serves as an Epic application subject matter expert for Cadence and Prelude. Designs, configures, tests, implements, supports, and optimizes healthcare information systems. Analyzes workflows and user needs, leads moderately complex initiatives, coordinates upgrades and deployments, resolves issues, documents solutions, manages risks, and collaborates with clinical, operational, technical, vendor, and Information Services stakeholders to improve healthcare workflows and patient care.

Build and maintain modern data-centric applications, pipelines, transformations, enrichment processes, provisioning layers, and user interfaces supporting clinical and operational healthcare processes. Analyze clinical data and report trends using cloud, big data, data science, and modern software development practices. Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Architecture teams, mentor Data Engineers, document solutions, manage source control, and research emerging technologies.

Manage, sustain, maintain, enhance, and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity and ERP applications. Align business needs with technical solutions, manage stakeholders, triage and resolve issues, oversee change requests, testing, releases, and complex application projects. Support process improvement, change management, operational improvement, and enterprise system lifecycle activities across Providence’s healthcare organization.
