Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, SD-WAN, VPNs, cloud networking, automation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and advanced troubleshooting. The role serves as a senior escalation point, leads major incident responses, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams on network reliability and modernization.

Lead end-to-end architecture for SAP BTP products, bridging ERP/business processes and technical teams. Design CAP/MTA-based NodeJS/TypeScript services, CDS/HANA/Postgres data models, identity and connectivity frameworks, React and SAPUI5 UIs, and drive modernization and S/4HANA transition strategies.

Designs, configures, implements, and supports SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions across SD, MM, IM, and EWM. The role leads requirements workshops, optimizes O2C, P2P, inventory, and warehouse processes, supports data migration and testing, resolves production issues, and partners with business stakeholders on process improvements and standardization.
