The VP of Marketing will lead the marketing ecosystem to drive growth, define competitive advantages, influence product design, and mentor a diverse team towards a mission-driven culture.

Lead automation-focused GRC work: monitor and audit controls against PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, and SOC frameworks; automate evidence collection and compliance workflows using scripting and AI; oversee IAM reviews; collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product to embed compliance into CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

Lead development of credit and fraud strategies using data, ML models, and advanced analytics. Design A/B tests, analyze portfolio performance, conduct root-cause and ad-hoc analyses, and partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to implement and validate risk and fraud prevention strategies while communicating findings to stakeholders.
