Manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing support for ProScore's AI-powered compliance platform. Build relationships across client organizations, run virtual and in-person trainings, manage custom projects, handle billing and reporting, and liaise with Product, Sales, and Support to drive product adoption and compliance success.

Leads IT operations across change management, service desk, end-user support, incident and problem management, infrastructure monitoring, operational security, compliance, vendors, assets, and team development. Chairs the Change Advisory Board, oversees 24/7 operations, manages audit readiness for SOC and PCI controls, drives SLA and uptime performance, and provides executive-level operational reporting. This remote leadership role requires building scalable processes and developing a multifunctional IT operations team.

Process certified payroll and submit reports via LCPtracker, ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage laws, review timecards and wage classifications, reconcile payroll discrepancies, monitor fringe benefits and overtime, prepare reports for audits and government agencies, and maintain payroll records.
