Fixed-term (approx. 6 months) senior contract recruiter managing full lifecycle hiring across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include intake, sourcing (active and passive), screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference/background checks, offer support and preboarding tasks. Maintain ATS records, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, ensure compliance and inclusive practices, communicate with candidates and stakeholders, and provide reporting and process improvement suggestions. Remote, 20–40 hours/week.

Lead North America Open Enrollment growth by developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and OE-to-enterprise conversion. Drive commercial operations, KPI dashboards, funnel analytics, partnership strategies, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. Build and coach a growth-focused team to improve pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Support global accounting through US GAAP/IFRS technical research, memos, and documentation for complex areas (revenue, transfer pricing, functional currency, debt/equity). Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and auditors; improve intercompany processes, support audits, and assist ERP/close automation (NetSuite, FloQast) implementations.
