Lead global tax strategy and technical governance across transfer pricing, multi‑jurisdiction compliance, tax planning, and audit defense. Manage external advisors, document uncertain tax positions (UTPs), advise leadership on regulatory changes, and ensure appropriate ASC 740 treatment in financial statements.

Lead North America Open Enrollment growth by developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and OE-to-enterprise conversion. Drive commercial operations, KPI dashboards, funnel analytics, partnership strategies, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. Build and coach a growth-focused team to improve pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Process high-volume vendor invoices, administer corporate card and expense programs, and assist with ACH/wire/check and international payment runs. Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger, prepare month-end accruals, and support tax/VAT/1099 compliance and audit requests. Maintain vendor records, respond to vendor inquiries, and participate in AP process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

The Senior Account Executive will drive complex enterprise sales cycles, build relationships with C-suite leaders, and close high-value deals while managing pipelines effectively.

Support global accounting through US GAAP/IFRS technical research, memos, and documentation for complex areas (revenue, transfer pricing, functional currency, debt/equity). Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and auditors; improve intercompany processes, support audits, and assist ERP/close automation (NetSuite, FloQast) implementations.

As a Contract Change Advisor, support or lead client change initiatives, applying Prosci's Change Management Methodology, facilitating sessions, and coaching teams for successful adoption of technology-enabled changes.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, build pipeline through prospect research and outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), set qualified meetings, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with AEs and marketing, meet activity and pipeline targets, and represent the company professionally.
